1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 3paati platform (including all associated websites, mobile-optimised pages, and services operated under the 3paati brand), you ("the User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 3paati Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3paati platform and must not register an account or place any bets or wagers. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a 3paati account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3paati strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You may hold only one active account on the 3paati platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by 3paati or voluntarily requested by you, at the time of registration or during ongoing account use.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party when registering or using the 3paati platform.

3paati reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), utility bill, or other government-issued identification, at any time and as a precondition to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3paati login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 3paati support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your 3paati account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.

3paati will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any bets, deposits, or other transactions completed using your verified login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 3paati of a security compromise.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 3paati platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. 3paati reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa; Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Minimums for other methods are specified on the cashier page.
• Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification prior to processing. 3paati will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the platform. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. 3paati reserves the right to reverse any deposit and freeze associated funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent payment activity.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from accounts registered in your own name. 3paati will not process payments to or from third-party accounts.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are expressed in PKR. Any conversion from or to foreign currency is at the User's own cost and risk.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed and casino games played on the 3paati platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type, including but not limited to sports betting rules, live casino rules, and slot game rules, as published in the relevant product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.

• 3paati reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at prices that were manifestly incorrect due to technical error or human error.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live game outcomes streamed in real time by the relevant game provider.
• 3paati does not accept responsibility for any service interruptions caused by third-party game providers, live streaming failures, or telecommunications issues beyond the platform's control.
• Winnings are credited to your 3paati account balance in PKR and remain accessible until withdrawn, subject to these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3paati may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion will be specified at the time the promotion is offered.
• Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose (e.g., sports betting bonuses may not be applied to casino games unless explicitly permitted).
• 3paati reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your 3paati account at any given time unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3paati platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to access, interact with, or exploit the platform.
• Arbitrage betting, match fixing, collusion with other players, or any other form of betting syndicate activity designed to exploit the platform's pricing.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, including identity documents.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Attempting to launder money or use 3paati for any financial transaction that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) laws.
• Conducting any activity on the 3paati platform that is fraudulent, illegal, or contrary to these Terms.

3paati reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected, to void all associated bets and casino game outcomes, to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

3paati is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools, accessible through your account settings, to help you maintain control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your 3paati account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or time-out periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 3paati platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 3paati.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3paati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures, system outages, or third-party service interruptions.

The 3paati platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 3paati makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and game integrity, no warranty is given that the platform will be free from error, interruption, or technical defect at all times.

11. Amendments to These Terms

3paati reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 3paati will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the 3paati platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 3paati platform shall first be addressed through 3paati's internal dispute resolution process. 3paati will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to applicable arbitration or dispute resolution mechanisms as permitted under the platform's licensing framework.
